- Documents held by the Shire of Mundaring are broadly categorised into two groups:
- documents that are available for inspection or purchase outside the constraints of the Freedom of Information Act.
- documents which, through their content, must be held confidentially with public access considered only through the provisions of the Act.
The Shire of Mundaring will provide access to documents where ever possible outside the Freedom of Information process.

Documents that are not linked may be under review or not suitable for on-line format. These documents are available for viewing or sale from the Customer Service counter at the Shire of Mundaring Administration centre.
