Property Settlements

 If you are considering purchasing a property, it is strongly suggested that you make a property settlement inquiry.

Settlement agencies can gain current information on rates, planning, building and health details concerning your property. Alternatively, you may make a written request for the same information, howerver, written permission is required from the property owner (all owners) for release of this information.

The fee for this service is currently $70.

Copies of Building Plans relating to a particular property can be obtained by contacting the Shire's Customer Service on (08) 9290 6666.
