Consulting with Planning Staff

Our Planning Staff are keen to assist residents and prospective developers with any queries they may have about or regarding the Town Planning Scheme and Policies, and to discuss development proposals in their formative stage prior to formal application being made.

Advice on Planning matters can be obtained from the Shire's Planning Officers by visiting our Administration Office between the hours of 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Contact the Planning Administration Officer to make an appointment for pre-lodgment meetings to discuss planning applications on 9290 6740.

Information regarding any aspect of Planning can be obtained under the 'Planning Information' page.  Information sheets are readily available at the Shire of Mundaring Customer Service counter for your convenience.
