Consulting with Planning Staff

Our Planning Staff are keen to assist residents and prospective developers with any queries they may have about or regarding the Town Planning Scheme and Policies, and to discuss development proposals in their formative stage prior to formal application being made.

Advice on Planning matters can be obtained from the Shire's Customer Service or Planning Officers by visiting our Administration Office between the hours or 8.30am and 4.30pm. Contact the Planning Administration Officer to make an appointment for pre-lodgment meetings to discuss planning applications.

Information regarding any aspect of Planning can be obtained under the 'Planning Information' page.  Information sheets are readily available at the Shire of Mundaring Customer Service counter for your convenience.  

Planning Services are very keen to assist the residents of Mundaring and surrounding districts, the new Web page has been developed to help you to obtain the information you are seeking.
