House-Bound Service (Books-on-Wheels)

A delivery service is available for people unable to visit the library for health reasons. To qualify you must live in the Shire of Mundaring and get your doctor to sign your application form which states that  you are housebound. Unfortunately this is not a service for those who simply find it difficult getting to the library.When you have filled the form out post it back to your nearest branch. Once it is received we will assign one of our community volunteers to come and visit you with a selection of material. If we have no spare volunteers at the time a member of staff will visit while we advertise for a community-based volunteer to take over.
