Library Services
The two library branches share a collection of over 63,712 books, 1,776 books on CD, 3,300 music CDs, 450 CDROMS, 5,532 DVDs and subscribe to over 130 periodical titles.
Library patrons are welcome to borrow from either branch and can return material borrowed at one branch to the other.
Library material can be ordered between branches through the inter-library loan scheme. It's simply a matter of using the library's automated catalogue OPAC, short for Online Public Access Catalogue. The OPAC is easy to use, but if you feel that you need help just ask one of our friendly staff. Once you have placed your electronic request you will be contacted either by email, post or phone when the item is ready for collection. Our library catalogue is also available on-line.
