If you've forgotten your PIN staff will help you. Please note that this service is for Web browsing only. There is a 10MB session limit which should enable at least an hour of page viewing. However, if you choose to look at any audio visual content (eg You Tube) or try to download software you will only get a few seconds access before your session limit is reached. It is important that you turn off automatic updating for your browser otherwise your 10MB limit will be used up before you even begin to browse.
