Help to reduce the impact on the environment and sign up to the Shire of Mundaring's e-Rates to receive future notices by email.
Residents are encouraged to go green and register to receive their rates electronically next Financial Year.
Shire President, John Daw, said encouraging residents to move to e-Rates would not only reduce the administrative costs associated with paper rates notices, but help the environment.
"The Shire's e-Rates service operates on an 'opt in' basis and signing up is easy," he said.
"By receiving your rates electronically, it will help reduce the impact on trees, plastic, water, greenhouse gas emissions and landfill waste.
"This is consistent with the principles in the Shire's Environmental Sustainability Policy."
Residents who register for e-Rates will receive all future rates and instalment notices by email and tip passes will be posted.
