|How old do I need to be to book on this program?|
|60 years or over.|
|I have a medical condition, can I still register for this program?|
If you have a medical condition we strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor prior to participating in any of the activities in the program. If you have been inactive for a while or you are starting a new exercise routine, it is a good idea to speak to your GP or physiotherapist before beginning any activity.
|How much does each session cost?|
|This is a free community program.|
|What do I need to wear or bring with me when attending the class?|
You should wear clothes that are loose and comfortable.
If you have a yoga-mat please bring it along to yoga and Pilates classes otherwise just bring a towel.
|If I enjoyed the activity, can I join a weekly class?|
The intention of the program is to provide an
introduction to the various local businesses and activities that are currently
available within the Shire of Mundaring. Further information of local
businesses and activities will be provided at the end of program wrap up
session, or feel free to ask your instructor.
|What if I don't have any transport to get to the classes?|
Please let us know if you are unable to access transport and we can provide a free bus service to pick you up and drop you off.
