As we get older, it's no secret that looking after our health becomes even more important. By improving our strength and balance, we help reduce the risk of falls.

Shire of Mundaring in partnership with Injury Matters is offering FREE exercise classes to people aged 60 years and older as part of the 'Stay On Your Feet®'
Move Your Body campaign.

Registrations are now closed.

Please be advised that there have been date changes due to the unfolding COVID-19 restrictions. 

Classes are now scheduled to recommence Tuesday 11 May.
