Bushfood for Beginners with Mark Tucek

Past Event

Did you know that Australia is home to thousands of edible native plant species, and yet most of the food we grow in gardens and find in the supermarket originally came from overseas?

Join Mark Tucek as he talks about Tucker Bush and the native plants he grows, native dried produce, and his recently published book Bushfoods for Beginners.

There will be a range of plants and Mark's book available for purchase.

Bookings are essential for this free event via Eventbrite.

Please advise if you have any access requirements.

About Mark Tucek: Mark started his horticultural career at Domus Nursery in 1983 going on to expand his knowledge in leading retail garden centres and allied businesses over the next 30 years.

Mark is the founder of the Tucker Bush project which aims to popularise and educate people about native edibles.
