Saving the World One Stray at a Time with Dean Morris

Past Event

For adults and young people aged 10 years and over.

Dean Morris is an 18-year-old with a message – everyone can change the world regardless of age. At just 10 years of age, Dean started the award-winning charity Give Our Strays a Chance (GOSAC) which has since raised over half a million dollars in donations and saved countless animals. Join us as Dean (and his rescue dog Otis) tell their inspirational story.

During bush fire seasons, including the 2021 Wooroloo Bushfire in Western Australia, Dean was instrumental in getting surgical and medical supplies to wildlife animal rescues. GOSAC also provided over 2 tonnes of wildlife food for the animals returning to the fire grounds.

Dean Morris’s book Saving the World – One Stray at a Time will be available for purchase and signing at the event.
