Please be advised that due to Tuesday 13 September’s Council Meeting running until 10.30pm - with several agenda items still to be considered – the meeting will be reconvened in the Council Chambers at 6.30pm on Monday 19 September.

As public question time and deputations were completed at the meeting on 13 September, there will be no further opportunity on 19 September.

The following items will be considered:

• Reports of Employees (from 10.2,10.3, 10.4, 10.5, 10.7, 10.8, 10.9)
• Elected Members Motions on which Previous Notice has Been Given
• Urgent Business
• Confidential Reports (13.1.1, 13.1.2, 13.1.3)

The Minutes and Livestream from the September 2022 Ordinary Council meeting will be available after 20 September.
