Notice is hereby given for public information that the Shire of Mundaring, at its Ordinary Council Meeting held on the 11 October 2022, resolved to defer making a decision on draft Local Planning Policy 3.1 – Public Art to allow additional time for submissions to be provided on the draft policy.

 The purpose of draft Local Planning Policy 3.1 – Public Art is to establish a clear and equitable system for the provision of public art, and ensure additional development and growth in the Shire is offset by the enhancement of public spaces.

Comments in relation to this draft Policy will be accepted by the Shire of Mundaring, in writing, until close of business on Friday 18 November 2022.
