We work with high school students to help them achieve their potential by developing their literacy, numeracy, social and life skills in a safe and secure environment. We also teach students basic work skills and encourage them to develop a solid work ethic. We do this by giving them the opportunity to gain real experience of the world of work - with all its demands and reward - under the supervision of our wonderful staff up at our historic Parkerville campus in the Perth foothills.

The EET program is registered with the Department of Education and Training and caters for young people who have, for many reasons, found mainstream schooling has not worked for them and who have left or are at risk of leaving the education system before the compulsory school leaving age.

The program is renowned for its success as an effective early intervention program so we also receive referrals from the Department of Justice and the Department of Communities - Child Protection and Family Support.

The EET program has intakes in February and July each year. Students must be enrolled with a WA state school in order to be eligible for a place.
