The Shire is undertaking preliminary stakeholder consultation to inform its new Local Planning Strategy. 

Water Corporation and their appointed contractor Georgiou will be replacing an old water main from Talbot Road through Bushmead, the Lifestyle village and along Helena valley Road to Scott Street.

The Shire of Mundaring is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and skilled architectural consultant to undertake design and documentation based on an existing concept plan, followed by later construction contract administration (superintendence) to upgrade the existing Elsie Austin Oval Changerooms, to be undertaken by a registered builder, the contract for which will be put out to tender by Shire of Mundaring following completed, costed design works. The building works are expected to be awarded on or about 23 May 2025.
