Description
The Hub of the Hills is an ideal venue to hold activities and events. The building has reverse cycle air conditioning, a stage and acoustic curtains in the main hall. A commercial grade kitchen and four different sized rooms means the Hub is suitable for both small intimate groups or larger functions.

Parking and accessibility
The venue has numerous sealed car bays both at the front roadside and at the rear of the venue.
The venue has accessible entry from the back car park with a ramp, accessible car bays and an accessible internal fit out.

Please note:
Community rates: For groups or individuals that undertake activities that do not generate income for personal profit, are an incorporated body or are a recognised not for profit group.
Commercial rates: For groups or individuals that generate income for personal payment or profit and State/Federal Government Agencies.
Function rates: A function rate provides for up to six hours of hire. Extra hours are charged at the applicable hourly rate. All set up and pack away time will be charged for.
Administration fees and bond
All bookings attract an administration fee of $8.90.
A bond is also required.
