Welcome to Shire of Mundaring’s New Council Meeting Portal

From 1 July 2025, this platform will host all Council and Committee meeting agendas, minutes and relevant livestreams.

To get started:

  • Select a meeting from the list to view the agenda, reports and attachments.

  • To download all documents in one file, use the “Download Packet” option.

  • After the meeting, the minutes and a video recording will be available on the same page.

  • To watch a meeting live, open the meeting link and use the LIVE button. Council Meeting livestreams begin on the second Tuesday of the month at 6.30pm. 

  • To view a past meeting, use the meeting link in the Media column (identified by the camera icon).

  • To receive email updates when new agendas are published, go to My Subscriptions, select Manage, and create an account.
