Lee's FDC values the importance of families working in collaboration to provide a quality of care for their child. Working in partnership with parents and families, I encourage inclusion, where families are involved in making decisions affecting their child and participate in activities which ensure all those involved in care have a sense of belonging. I believe it is essential to support and nurture the whole child, focusing on their physical, personal, social, emotional and spiritual wellbeing as well as cognitive aspects of learning. Having a strong sense of culture during my own upbringing, I recognise the importance the importance of cultural diversity and that with it comes amazing opportunities for children to learn about the world around them, through their interacti9ons, relationships and experiences with others. Lee's FDC promotes community through excursions such as the local park, where children can explore and witness the natural environment and wildlife, the importance of community and safety, taking true care of our mother nature and learning to be conscious of our waste and the effects on ur environment.
