The Shire of Mundaring is seeking submissions from suitable design firms to:

1. Design and facilitate a robust and iterative community and stakeholder engagement process, in order to inform the concept sketch design options for the Mundaring Town Centre Multi-Purpose Community Facility and the arrangement of key community infrastructure within a reimagined Cultural Precinct;
2. Prepare three (3x) design options, including indicative costings and a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of each option, for:

• •  the proposed Mundaring Town Centre Multi-Purpose Community Facility and associated buildings (Concept Sketches); and
  •  the Mundaring Town Centre Cultural Precinct (Masterplan).
