How supportive adults can assist young people to manage life’s challenges and thrive despite adversities.

This FREE workshop is for you if:
- You are an adult with young people aged 12 – 25 in your professional or personal network
- You are passionate about supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people in your community
- You are interested in exploring the neuroscience of resilience and discovering evidence-backed strategies and practical skills to optimise your own wellbeing as well as supporting young people to do the same
This 4-hour workshop will cover:
- A brief overview of the research behind resilience and the links between resilience and mental health
- The six domains of resilience and the skillsets that underpin them
- Practical skills and strategies to develop your own wellbeing, and why this is critical when it comes to supporting young people
- Key principles and strategies for engaging young people in developing resilient habits and skills for their lives
