Designed with our community in mind, the upgraded site makes it easier than ever to discover what’s happening around Mundaring, access Shire services and stay connected with Council projects and updates.

With clearer menus, improved search and a fresh new look, it’s now quicker than ever to get things done online. Whether you’re looking to book a hall, pay a bill, or check what’s happening in your neighbourhood, from today it all gets easier.

Shire President Paige McNeil said clear communication and responsive services are central to Shire of Mundaring’s Council Plan.

“The upgraded website reflects both, making it simpler for people to stay informed, find what they need, and engage with Council projects. Importantly, the design was shaped by a community reference group, ensuring it reflects what our community told us was most important,” President McNeil said.

Chief Executive Officer Jason Whiteaker said the launch marked an important step in improving access for the community.

“Our website is often the first place people turn to for information. These improvements mean residents and visitors alike can find what they need, when they need it, with less hassle.

“It’s part of our commitment to making services more accessible, strengthening communication, and continually improving how we support our community.”

The project was guided by feedback from a community reference group, ensuring the site reflects what our community told us they wanted.

The upgrade also supports the goals set out in the Council Plan 2024-2034, which commits the Shire to clear communication and responsive service delivery.
