Old York Road Reconstruction - March / April 2025

Old York Road is scheduled for reconstruction in March/April 2025.  
 

To complete these works safely, road closures and traffic management will be in place:

Full road closures – Monday 10 March to Friday 14 March for profiling and asphalt works.
Stop/slow lane closures – From 14 March to 7 April for drainage adjustments and kerbing replacement.

 

Detours will be staged in two parts:

Stage One – Closure between Great Eastern Highway (west) and Swan View Road
Stage Two – Closure between Great Eastern Highway (east) and Swan View Road

Motorists should allow extra travel time and follow all traffic management directions. Local access will be maintained however bus routes will be closed. Please check with Transperth for alternate bus stops.
