Notice of Permanent Road Closure, Portion of Unconstructed Road, Hartung Lane, Mundaring


Pursuant to s.58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, notice is hereby given that the Shire of Mundaring proposes to permanently close a portion of unconstructed road reserve within the Mundaring Shopping Precinct known as Hartung Lane, Mundaring.

The closure is proposed to address a long-standing boundary misalignment involving encroachment of the constructed road onto private land, and a portion of the dedicated road reserve that has been used for private parking purposes.

Following closure, it is intended that the closed road reserve be disposed of and amalgamated into Lot 100 on DP064143 and Lot 29 on DP22865 pursuant to s.87 of the Land Administration Act 1997.
