The consultant is to prepare a Sampling Analysis and Quality Plan (SAQP) in accordance with DWER and NEPM, and to undertake a DSI based on the methodology proposed in the SAQP. The investigation is to address the data gaps identified in the PSI (Coffey, 16 July 2018), which should be used as the primary reference document for understanding site history, potential contamination sources, and investigation needs. The SAQP must outline the Consultant’s proposed approach, and the DSI must be completed in accordance with the approved SAQP. A detailed report documenting findings, interpretation, and recommendation must be provided.
