The Shire of Mundaring is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of infrastructure asset valuation services for the 2025/26 financial year. The Shire is required to capture and value its assets and account for them according to accounting standards and Regulation 17A of the Local Government (Financial Management) Regulations 1996 to ensure good asset management practices and accurate and reliable accounting treatment.

We invite Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced architectural consultancy teams to develop a comprehensive Cultural Precinct Improvement Plan as part of the Mundaring Town Centre Revitalisation Project. This plan aims to enhance the character, accessibility, safety, comfort, aesthetics, functionality, social interaction and economic vitality of the Mundaring Town Centre

Tenderers are required to attend a compulsory site briefing to be held at 10.00am on Tuesday 9 December 2025 at Mundaring Station Masters’ House, Jacoby Street Mundaring.  Please contact Cheryl Batty on (08) 9290 6651 to register their intention to attend the site briefing.  Failure to attend this Site Inspection will render the Tenderer ineligible to submit a Tender.
