The Principal is seeking to modify the existing height safety installation at Mundaring Arena to improve operational safety and compliance.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at 9:00 am on Wednesday 28 January 2026 at Mundaring Arena, 50 Mundaring Weir Road, Mundaring WA 6073 . This briefing will provide respondents with an opportunity to seek clarification on any aspects of the quotation process prior to its closing.

Important: Attendance at this site briefing is compulsory. Failure to attend will result in the respondent being ineligible to submit a quotation.

This Request for Quotation will be conducted in an electronic environment. The quotation documentation is available from the Shire’s Tenderlink portal at https://portal.tenderlink.com/mundaring.  Respondents are required to register as a supplier on the Tenderlink site prior to accessing the document.

All enquiries relating to the project can only be lodged and responded to through the Tenderlink portal forum.

A Quotation that is not successfully uploaded to the portal when quotations close will not be considered for evaluation.  The Shire of Mundaring may decline to accept any or all quotes. 

Canvassing of Council Members or Shire Officers will automatically disqualify the tender.
