Quotation are invited for provision of painting services at 10 Facilities located within the Shire of Mundaring.

Respondents are required to attend compulsory site briefings that will start at 9:00am on Wednesday 14 January 2026. Respondents are to meet at Children's Services Office Midvale Centre, Cnr Hooley and Willerton, Midland. Respondents will need to allow up to 8 hours to visit all 10 buildings as a group with the Shire Officer conducting the Quotation Briefing/Site Inspections.

Please register your intention to attend the site briefings by calling Sinead O'Neill on 9290 6691 by no later than 3.00pm on Tuesday, 13 January 2026.

This Request for Quotation will be conducted in an electronic environment. The quotation documentation is available from the Shire’s Tenderlink portal at https://portal.tenderlink.com/mundaring.  Respondents are required to register as a supplier on the Tenderlink site prior to accessing the document.

All enquiries relating to the project can only be lodged and responded to through the Tenderlink portal forum.

A Quotation that is not successfully uploaded to the portal when quotations close will not be considered for evaluation.  The Shire of Mundaring may decline to accept any or all quotes. 

Canvassing of Council Members or Shire Officers will automatically disqualify the tender.
