Join Belinda Castles - novelist and writing lecturer - for an informative afternoon designed to encourage deeper engagement when reading.
In this workshop, you will:

• Explore the essay collection, Reading Like and Australian Writer
• Learn more about writing from reading essays
• Complete writing exercises to generate story ideas
. You will leave inspired and equipped with the skills to read as a writer and generate story ideas with confidence.

About the Facilitator:
Belinda Castles is an award-winning teacher of creative writing, with fifteen years of experience teaching at university and hosting workshops. She's also an award-winning novelist (Stella longlist, winner Asher and Australian-Vogel Literary Awards, Sydney Morning Herald Best Young Novelist) and the editor of Reading like an Australian Writer.
