Thursday 30th April 2026
(For adults)
Do you wish you were more creative? Great news: it's easier than you think.
Many of us have decided we were "bad at art" and therefore not creative, or that we just can't come up with new ideas. In this talk, Amanda Kendle will talk about what creativity actually is and help you notice what you're already doing that's creative. She'll then give you a batch of ways to unlock more creativity, and help you add it to your life in the ways that work best for you.
Amanda still thinks she is "bad at art", but is a writer, podcaster and creative thinker, with extra creativity skills from her years working in the Creative Schools program, helping students across Perth also realise that they can be creative in all kinds of fun and exciting ways
Bookings are essential for this free event via Humanitix. Light refreshments will be available. You are encouraged to bring your own cup for tea/coffee or water.
Please let us know if you have any access requirements.
