About the book: Beyond the action, Luke explores the camaraderie, sacrifice, and resilience that come with serving on the front lines of underwater policing, as well as the personal journey of finding purpose after service.
Luke takes you deep into the world of police diving, recounting intense operations with the WA Water Police Dive Squad over a 10-day period. From search and rescue missions across Western Australia to locating vital evidence, and even close encounters with Great White sharks, Tales of a Diver offers rare insight into the physical, emotional, and psychological challenges of this unique and demanding role.
