RFQ 23.2526 - Supply of a Human Resources Information System


The Shire of Mundaring currently does not use a HRIS to manage employees throughout the employee lifecycle.  The Shire is looking to strengthen its People and Culture capabilities by implementing an integrated HRIS. A contemporary HRIS is required to provide a single, reliable source of truth for employee data and to support the full employee lifecycle.

The selected HRIS is expected to integrate effectively with existing systems and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy and user satisfaction.
