Quotes are invited for Provision of software, licensing and associated support services for a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) that will be used to manage the Shire’s workforce.

The Shire of Mundaring currently does not use a HRIS to manage employees throughout the employee lifecycle.  The Shire is looking to strengthen its People and Culture capabilities by implementing an integrated HRIS. A contemporary HRIS is required to provide a single, reliable source of truth for employee data and to support the full employee lifecycle.

The selected HRIS is expected to integrate effectively with existing systems and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy and user satisfaction.

This Request for Quote will be conducted in an electronic environment. The Request for Quote document is available from the Shire’s Tenderlink portal at https://portal.tenderlink.com/mundaring. Respondents are required to register as a supplier on the Tenderlink site prior to accessing the document.

Quotes must be lodged via the portal. Further information regarding assistance with retrieving the Quote documents or using the portal to lodge Quotes can be obtained from Merjem Kursumovic (08) 9290 6622 during office hours.

All enquiries relating to the project must be lodged and responded to through the Tenderlink portal forum.

A quote that is not successfully uploaded to the portal when quotes close, will not be considered for evaluation. The Shire of Mundaring may decline to accept any or all quotes.

Canvassing of Council Members or Shire Officers will automatically disqualify the quote.
