Tenders are invited for the provision to undertake the internal refurbishment works, roof replacement and associated works to the existing building, as part of the refurbishment of the Wooroloo Hall facility in Wooroloo.

Tenderers must register and attend a compulsory site briefing to be held at 8:30am on Monday 9 March 2026 at Wooroloo Hall, Government Road, Wooroloo.

This inspection will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any questions or uncertainties with the Contact Person prior to the tender closing date.

Please confirm your attendance with Sinead O’Neill on 08 9290 6691 no later than Friday 6 March 2026. Failure to attend this Site Inspection will result in the Tenderer being ineligible to submit a Tender.

The Tender documents can be obtained by registering with Tenderlink https://portal.tenderlink.com/mundaring.  All Tender submissions must be lodged by the Tender deadline via the Shire Tenderlink portal.
