EOI 01.2627 – Design Finalisation and Construction of the Mundaring Cultural Hub Building

Expression of Interest Deadline - 12.00 noon Friday 31 July 2026

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from suitably qualified contractors to deliver design finalisation, demolition, construction and commissioning of the Mundaring Cultural Hub Building, a community building project located in Mundaring.

The Expression of Interest documents can be obtained by registering with Tenderlink https://portal.tenderlink.com/mundaring.  All Expression of Interest submissions must be lodged by the deadline via the Shire Tenderlink portal.

Further information regarding assistance with retrieving the Expression of Interest documents or using the portal to lodge Expressions of Interest can be obtained from Cheryl Batty (08) 9290 6666 during office hours. All other enquiries must be lodged through the Tenderlink portal.

 Expression of Interest submissions not received by the deadline will not be accepted.

Canvassing of Council Members or Shire Officers will automatically disqualify the Expression of Interest.
