Hearing Australia 15-minute hearing checks for adults

Hearing Australia is offering free 15-minute hearing checks for adults at Mundaring Library. The hearing checks can help detect early signs of hearing loss and recommend next steps.

You may like to consider whether:

  • you often ask people to repeat themselves during conversation
  • your TV or radio volume is often too loud for others in the room
  • you get physically or mentally exhausted from trying to listen hard to sounds all day
  • you find it hard to hear friends and family on the phone
  • you avoid social situations because you can’t keep up with the conversation, especially in noisy places like at a café
  • or you just want to have the check for peace of mind.

Bookings are essential for this free service. Please contact Mundaring Library on 9290 6780 or by email at mills@mundaring.wa.gov.au to make an appointment.

Hearing Australia will also be offering this service at Boya Library on Tuesday 11 August. Contact Boya Library on 9290 6755 or by email at gills@mundaring.wa.gov.au.
