Your rates help fund the services, facilities and infrastructure that support everyday life across the Shire of Mundaring.

This includes roads, parks, ovals, playgrounds, libraries, community buildings, waste services, environmental programs and emergency preparedness.

Some projects are delivered within a single year, while others are planned and funded over several years. The Shire also seeks grants and partnerships wherever possible, helping deliver more for the community while reducing the cost to ratepayers.

Below are just some of the projects and improvements delivered or progressed this past year (2025/2026).
