Learn essential internet browsing and email skills in this workshop with Tim from Technologically Speaking. Tim will cover how to use search engines to find the results you want, as well as sending and receiving emails and downloading attachments. You will also learn some valuable tips on staying safe online and how to spot scam emails.
You are welcome to bring your smartphone or other mobile device to follow along and try things out, but please be aware this is a larger group setting rather than a small group workshop. There will be plenty of time to ask questions throughout the talk.
Bookings for this free event are essential via Humanitix. Light refreshments will be available. You are encouraged to bring your own cup for tea/coffee or water.
