The Shire of Mundaring is currently assessing proposed Structure Plan 83 - Robinson Grove Estate Phase 2.
The Structure Plan has been prepared to facilitate the development of between 320 and 350 dwellings and a local centre.
The 56-day advertising period for this proposal concluded on Friday 13 February 2026 and the Shire has now reviewed all submissions.
The proposal will be considered by Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday 13 October 2026 at 6:30pm, to make a recommendation to the Western Australian Planning Commission.
