Chidlow and District RSL are hosting a Remembrance Day service for the community at the memorial on the Chidlow Village Green from 10:40am on Wednesday 11th November 2026. This service aims to provide veterans, families and the community the opportunity to commemorate and pay tribute to those fallen and those who served in our armed conflicts.

The event will include a commemorative address that includes a poem presented by a guest, presentations of commemorative wreaths, a reading of The Ode of Remembrance, playing of the The Last Post and The Rouse, raising of flags and the singing of the Australian National Anthem. We welcome the community to join Chidlow & District RSL and its members in this service to pause at 11 am on 11 November, to reflect on the price paid by Australia and countries around the world through more than 100 years of war and conflict that followed the First World War.
