Nappy Bin Rebate
The Shire will be organising Cloth Nappy workshops during 2025 which will highlight the benefits of cloth nappies over disposals and to assist this the Shire will offer Nappy Rebates to those that attend the workshops and then purchase cloth nappies. Workshop dates will be confirmed soon.
In the interim to smooth the transition to the fortnightly general waste collection we recognise some new families may now need some additional assistance and are offering during 2024/25 a subsidy of up to $50 upon receipt of any advanced nappy bin disposal system and refills purchased since 1 July 2024.
Please note applicants must provide proof of residence within Shire of Mundaring (either a driver’s license with your full name and address or a lease agreement, rates notice, or utility bill with your full name and address and dated within 3 months of the application submission)
