Nappy Bin Rebate

The Shire delivers Cloth Nappy Workshops that highlight the environmental and financial benefits of cloth nappies. Families who attend a workshop and then purchase cloth nappies will be eligible for a Cloth Nappy Rebate.

The Shire recognises that some families may require extra support managing nappy waste. The Shire offers a subsidy of up to $50 upon receipt of any advanced nappy bin disposal system purchased after 1 July 2024. This initiative is designed to help families manage nappy waste more easily.

Please note applicants must provide proof of residence within Shire of Mundaring (either a driver’s license with your full name and address or a lease agreement, rates notice, or utility bill with your full name and address and dated within 3 months of the application submission)
