Shire of Mundaring is pleased to celebrate the significant and outstanding contribution of community members by accepting nominations for Shire of Mundaring Citizenship Awards 2026. The recipients will be invited to a morning ceremony on Australia Day, Monday 26 January 2026, where they will be presented with the Shire of Mundaring Australia Day Citizenship Award 2026.

Please note nominators must not be a sitting member of Federal, State or Local Government or a Shire of Mundaring employee.
Please describe and provide examples on how the nominee has had a positive impact on the community, their contributions and achievements and/or demonstrate leadership/inspiring qualities (maximum 400 words).
Please confirm to the best of your knowledge that your nominee for Young Citizen of the Year falls within the age range of under 30.
This person must be someone other than the nominator who can comment on the nominee's contribution to the community. Please not they must not be a member of Shire staff or a Councillor.
