Aniko - a Greek word for 'belong'.

I offer small group Matwork Pilates classes where we focus on increasing strength, flexibility and mobility. 

I wanted to create an environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging so you will find no more than 8 clients in a class. This allows me to provide one to one guidance to each person and they won't feel like they're being left behind. 

Classes are perfect for anyone from absolute beginners to professional athletes, teenagers through to the elderly and those suffering from chronic pain. Regardless of your body shape, size, age, race or gender I want to help you and your body move better.
