Restricted Burning Period starts Monday 6 May

The Shire is now in Restricted Burning period. Residents may burn a 1sqm pile of garden refuse at a time, during the hours of 6pm and 11pm. Permits to Burn are not yet available. Visit the Burning Periods and Fire Danger Rating page to read the conditions.

Brown Park Community Centre consists of a main sports hall, lesser hall and committee room. The Community Centre is a multipurpose indoor recreation facility in which a wide range of programs and activities are held.
