The HRCG works by lobbying, contributing to committees and working groups, acting as a liaison point for ‘friends’ groups, developing partnerships with other organisations and directly undertaking on-ground work.

The HRCG has a core of dedicated committee members, backed up by a large number of associates who are called on for advice or labour when needed.
