Restricted Burning Period starts Monday 6 May

The Shire is now in Restricted Burning period. Residents may burn a 1sqm pile of garden refuse at a time, during the hours of 6pm and 11pm. Permits to Burn are not yet available. Visit the Burning Periods and Fire Danger Rating page to read the conditions.

Additional Information

The aim is to safeguard and promote the interests of the Residents and Ratepayers in the Mundaring area and to preserve the character of the area and the surrounding countryside.

Meetings are held at The Hub of the Hills, 8 Craig St Mundaring, 7.30pm on the 1st Thursday of the month, every second month starting from February. Everyone is welcome and membership is only $10 a family per year. The AGM is held in December.
