The Swan View Community Association exists to represent the interests, and support the activities, of the community in Swan View, parts of Greenmount and parts of Midvale, north of the Great Eastern Highway and east of the Roe Highway.

Meetings are held at the Bruce Douglas Pavilion, Brown Park, Swan View on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7.30pm. The AGM is held in January

Membership fees are $10 per year or $25 for 3 years or $5 with proof of membership of another local community run association or welfare card.
