We aspire to support you in constructing your own billy cart and assist with propelling you down a local hill in our town.

We encourage friendly challenges of businesses and schools forming teams to compete against each other. Alongside we create a festival atmosphere of music/dance and food/market stalls to cater for this unique daylong community event.
