Quotations are invited for the provision of painting services at six (6) sites (being four (4) sites external painting and two (2) sites internal painting), scope of works and specification detailed in the Request for Quotation which will be conducted in an electronic environment. The Request for Quotation document is available from the Shire’s Tenderlink portal at

Respondents are required to register as a supplier on the Tenderlink site prior to accessing the document.

Respondents are also required to attend compulsory site briefings that will start at 8:00am on Wednesday, 18 January 2023 and will need to allow up to six hours to visit all six buildings as a group with the Shire Officer conducting the Quotation Briefing/Site Inspections.

Please register your intention to attend the site briefings by calling Maria Beley on 9290-6637 by no later than Monday, 16 January 2023.

Failure to attend this Briefing/Site Inspection will render the Respondent ineligible to submit a Quotation.
