The Shire is currently in a restricted burning period from Tuesday 1 October. You may burn a single 1sqm pile at a time between 6pm and 11pm, being fully extinguished by midnight. All other burning will require a Permit to Burn. If the fire danger rating is HIGH (or above) no burning is allowed after 6pm or with a permit.
