As part of its preparation for a new Youth Informing Strategy, Shire of Mundaring has released two surveys, one for young people and one for their parents/caregivers, to provide feedback to the Shire to help inform its strategy.
Young people aged 12 to 25 who live, work, volunteer or use groups and services in the shire are invited to complete a 10 to 15 minute survey for a chance to win a $100 EFTPOS voucher.
While parents and caregivers of young people aged 12 to 25 are invited to complete the survey for a chance to win a $50 EFTPOS voucher.
The new Youth Informing Strategy will provide a framework and coordinated approach to support young people and youth development services in the shire.

As the peak body for the youth industry, the Shire has engaged the Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia (YACWA) as the consultant working on developing the Shire’s new Youth Informing Strategy.
