Shire of Mundaring hereby gives notice of its intention to dispose of a hook lift truck previously used at Shire community recycling centres to the EMRC.

The hook lift truck has had two valuations undertaken varying from $85,000 to $95,000.  It is proposed to sell the hook lift truck to the EMRC for $93,500.

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 submissions are invited on the proposed disposition of the hook lift truck to EMRC.

Submissions for consideration by Shire of Mundaring are to be made in writing and posted, hand delivered or emailed to the Shire.

The submission should be titled; “Notice of Shire hook lift truck disposal” and can be mailed or hand delivered to;

or by emailing shire@mundaring.wa.gov.au to be received up to 4.30pm on Friday 12 January 2024.
